Sunday Driving

Mr DW wanted to go for a drive this afternoon so we headed out to the Motor Museum which we missed last time as we got lost on the way and we were too late and it was closed.  I dont know if I mentioned that Mr DW has purchased yet another Mercedes - SLK S8 Kleemann which is a very special and very fast car!! Eeek!!  Anyway we went Sunday driving in it today and I couldn't believe the looks we were getting!! ; )
The Motor Museum at Whiteman Park was fantastic with so many wonderful cars to see. I did take a lot of photos and now it’s hard to choose ; ). The main is a classic old Ford AngliaTourer 1953 which caught my eye, loved the fabulous grill! 
 In extras is a 1935 Packard 120 Convertible with such a small windscreen I wondered how that was to drive ; ).  Two shots of a fabulous old ambulance - 1917 Model T Ford which had been recreated from photographs for posterity. First shot is of the front and the second is showing whats in the back eeeek! : )lol. 
The others are collages of bits of everything, such a fascinating place!!  We did spend 2.5 hours there but we could have easily spent another 2 hours it was so good!
