Reddish

I spent some time trying to get a decent image of the new batch of sauerkraut that's on the go. I fiddled a bit with the colour but couldn't get it to replicate the glorious deep purple of the real thing. (Colour was closer if I didn't use flash, but then it was out of focus!)
