The Future

It’s been good having my SiL and BiL here these last three days. Following J’s passing there has been a lot to do. I handled everything after my Mum died almost 2 years ago, but she was 102 and this time it feels very different. It could be overwhelming, but I am getting a lot of support. C and T left this afternoon, and I am having a relaxing evening trying not to think about all the things I still need to do. They’re for tomorrow.

This book is the latest NS book club choice, another page turner. Apocalypse, tech billionaires - it’s certainly taking my mind off other matters.
