Elly messaged the group this evening to ask if anyone wanted some lemon meringue pie (gluten and dairy free to be suitable for everyone).

Obviously the answer was yes. They dropped off an absolutely huge chunk, this was my piece which was maybe 1/5 of what we had. Delicious, and so lemony that I made some very funny faces.
