First Time This Year

I hugely enjoyed my Epic row out today, advanced from the afternoon to late morning to take advantage of the tide. The improved weather and flat calm sea state made for almost ideal conditions. ‘Pyramid’ training with extended periods of uninterrupted rowing is doing wonders for my general health and well being.
Having headed home for a coffee and a quick catch up with Mrs S Paddy and I then set off for our first extended walk of this year, it’s the one that takes us up around the castle, the point, the beach and home.
So for the first time in 2024 we visited the ‘Best Seat In The House’ during the afternoon.

The strong winds from the SW meant we only sat for ten minutes or so but it felt good.
