Day 24: negative space

Negative space photos are my favourite sort of photograph so I was pleased with today's word in the challenge. So many to chose from.

I had an appointment at the registry office this morning. We were told that once we got married we'd have to reregistered the children as 'children of a marriage'. The service is free.

When I get there they tell me that I have the option of buying new birth certificates as their previous ones are now void. If I don't buy them today but need them in the future I could have to wait a week and will be charged 3x the price. Little bit frustrating as my surname and the kids surnames have stayed the same. The birth certificates are identical. Today was the only time I've been pleased to have only 3 kids ;-) Ill get the last laugh as I won't be paying for my death certificate...

All the usual Monday kinda stuff. Shopping, soup making, boot camp.
