Getting ready

No photo today. Those is from last night before Noah’s graduation.
I went to the dentist today. I had some complications with my gum after the last procedure and they’ve been monitoring things every other week or so. Fortunately I was given the all clear today. I’m really glad to be on the other side of it.
Mindy worked late tonight. Noah had his friend over and they trained for (essentially ran ) a 5k. I was pretty blown away at their avg pace. 7:37 per mile. That’s a pretty great place to start from.
