Rescued

I rescued some hyacinth bulbs from the garden where they have been languishing in a pot since last spring. They were bought as indoor plants,, and once finished I put them outside meaning to plant them out ... but inevitably forgot!  Noticing they had started to bud, I bought them back inside, and they have rewarded me by starting to flower. They're a bit spindly but the scent is there, so I can't really complain given how they've been treated!
