Amble Harbour

I could get used to the ease of a fully English breakfast ready at whatever time I wandered downstairs! The Amble Inn has been very nice.

We thought we'd check out early and get the car parked ready for the funeral. There was a Pay and Display park quite near the church and £3 for all day seemed reasonable, as we were coming back to the village for the wake after a trip to the crem.

Fist stop: pause for a blip. Second stop: sit down for coffee!

At the crem we walked away and out past the coffin, a first for us. None of those curtains engulfing the loved one.

All went well.
