Back to the plot

Plot 31, that is, at the allotment. It was the first time we've been to the allotment since before Christmas and it was a case of tidying up after the rough weather of recent weeks. It was a lovely sunny, crisp winter's day, just right for a couple of hours "green" exercise. There were a couple of damaged fruit frames on our plot that we assume had been blown there in one of the storms. We thought they belonged to the neighbouring plot but checked with the plot-holder and it wasn't. So we walked them down to the bottom of the site and hope someone claims them. The photo is of the blackberry bush which always produces a bumper crop - in fact I took some of last year's crop out of the freezer yesterday to add to my breakfast cereal.
