When the Moon hits your eye....

Heavens above. 

Seriously the moon, isn't it amazing?  

It sits there in the sky, no strings, no platform, 

I just checked there, it doesn't sit.  It circles us (I knew that really, but it slipped my mind for a moment. )

Floats round, rises in the east and sets in the west, kinda like the sun, but the Sun isn't moving - it's us that are moving around the sun,  fast enough to  create a day and a night, but the opposite thing at the other end of the world. 

Wow Confusing eh? 

Flip, I just looked at it in the sky.   The whole Universe  / Sky / Rotation / Sun Rise / Sun Set / East /West / Morning / Night just confuses me.
