Close shave

Another hour long call re Donalds land line. Once again they were very helpful but it's still not resolved. I shall shout a big Hallelujah the day he is safely connected but I don't hold out much hope that that is any time soon.
Then it was time to go for our haircuts. A very meticulous lady who tended every hair, it seemed, individually. Donald forgot to mention that he likes his sideburns to grace his cheeks, not quite reaching his chin, but fairly long. Off they came with no mercy as she took that razor across his face. Oh well.
Just enough time after that to grab a quick lunch before Donald was subjected to yet another lady who walked out with him, not in an old fashioned sense of these words but up and down the corridors teaching him the rudiments of a Walker, - handles, brakes, wheels and a seat, then onward to some exercises sitting and then standing, all to improve his strength in his arms, back and legs.
We pretty much relaxed for the rest of the afternoon and watched a Midsomer Murders in the evening. I think we should get some fresh air tomorrow.
