Birthday Boy!

Today is Danny's birthday! The kids were happy to give him their gifts before school. Asha made him a great card with chocolate bars for words - see extra. She was so pleased with how it turned out. 
After we packed the kids off to school we took breakfast to the viewpoint above town...such a misty (extra) view. 
We had a picnic with friends this afternoon. Nick made the cake and couldn't find any candles, hence the huge one!
A lovely day celebrating Danny!
In amongst birthday fun I've had a friend from the streets on the phone trying to work out how to get his beloved dog documents so they can leave Ibiza. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A day celebrating Danny.
2) The kids enjoying pottering on the rocky beach.
3) A good conversation with Danny about the past 10 years.
