Heat or Humidity

Someone asked me yesterday whether it was the heat or humidity that made the weather so miserable? I thought immediately, the humidity. But then I thought some more and decided, nope, the heat. Then I went back to humidity. I couldn't decide. All things considered we could use a little less of each right now. Just a day in the 70's would be a wonderful break. I would even compromise for a miserable day and a cool, dry night. But the weather man says no break from either anytime in the forseeable future...
