I was up in London (right near the Victoria & Albert Museum) attending a one-day Total Health Transformation day, hosted by Patrick Holford himself.

A fantastic day and we covered so much information that my head was buzzing by the time I came out.

Well, during the lunch break, I toddled round the corner to find this fantastic little square, housing all sorts of cafes, restaurants and bistros. I managed to grab a mozzarella, tomato & basil crepe...which was divine!

Not much time to take snaps during lunchtime, so Blipped as I went past in the evening instead.
