Oban Town

Today I hoped to show you a lovely sunny view over Kerrera from battleship hill to contrast with yesterdays gloomy shot of the same. However the sun did not come out until this afternoon by which time my lunch hour had passed.

This is the view of Oban from battleship hill, it's a great lookout point. Immediately below is the area known as Dunollie, in the distance the main centre of Oban with Calmac at the pier.

I will certainly try to come up here again on a sunny day to show you the view a little better but it is a place worth seeking out if you are around the town.
