It could be something

Sometimes I think I should rename this journal "Bea's never-ending medical journey."  I had the ultrasound of my thyroid today and the findings were suspicious enough that more tests will be required.

It's been raining all day, so I wasn't able to go to Safeway to spend the rest of my January Fresh Bucks and get some fresh produce.

I'd love to have some good news for a change.
