It's Wednesday Afternoon

This afternoon's cross country run was at Shouldham Warren, a commercial forest to the south of King's Lynn. Conifers, birch, gorse, sandy tracks, contours and deep drainage ditches. We ran alongside the latter at times - luckily we didn't have to cross any! We took the van as we're actually en route to visit our daughter - after the race it was a short drive down the A10 to a campsite on the edge of Cambridge ready for an earlyish start tomorrow.
