And here we are, the last day of January! We visited Dyrham Park with some friends. The gardens are really bursting into colour.

In other news, there's a new variety of scone, the Hot Toddy Scone. It was a cold day so why not? It looked the same as a plain scone but tasted gorgeous! I found the recipe online and it contains mixed spice, lemon zest & juice - and whisky! No evidence though, sorry!
