Lung wings

It always amuses me how whilst teaching English to Germans I manage to expand my German knowledge (not hard).
Today in a discussion about pollution and whether clean air or clean water was more important I learnt that the English for lungs becomes lung wings in German...so typically German, take something simple and make it more complicated.
