Scott’s Bonnets

Time to head back up the road but not before Scott kindly loaded me up with some samples of his range of chilli creations. He has a wee greenhouse in the garden just for growing different chilli’s and then he dries them, ferments them and mixes them into a range of different concoctions. Of varying heat. I’m a bit of a wuss so I’d best be careful on the cooking front I think.

After that it was raining all the way home but the traffic wasn’t too heavy and I made it home in decent time to unload the terracotta garden item, the art, the onions and the chilli goods. A lovely, and long overdue, trip.
