Harrison Park

I met up with D & A for a gentle run out from Harrison Park towards Murrayfield.  It was a beautiful sunny morning and we soon warmed up.

In the afternoon, Mister F and I headed to the Western Hospital to see what 'jabs' we might need for our trip to Central America.
