First Daffodil Of Spring

Spotted this single bloom whilst out on our walk this morning…it is the only flower at the moment, but a lot of shoots with small buds are developing. This one is way ahead of the others.

I had to hold the stem in one hand to keep it still in the rather stiff breeze.

Managed to log another 3 miles ‘boots on’ walk, which brings the total for January to 101 miles :-)

Dogs crashed on the sofa ….
