Sandgate Sunset

Swam outside in the sunshine this morning and it felt like being abroad. Bliss. Few laps in the indoor pool afterwards but it felt too warm for me!

Three mile walk along the seafront in Sandgate late afternoon with my neighbour. We had coffee and late lunch first. The low sun warmed us as we walked and for once a gentle breeze.

Evening was not so pleasant. My brother rang with sad news one of his friends has a brain tumor. Tried to say the right things wish I could have hugged him.
