Chetham’s Library

What a contrast to yesterday’s rain. Chillier today but lots of sunshine around. No 2 son was back in the office and Mr P and I also took the tram into town (a bit later though). After a visit to Manchester Art Gallery to visit the new exhibitions, we explored the Medieval Quarter. We’d booked a tour at Chetham’s Library Fascinating place, especially its links to Marx and Engels. Once no 2 son got back from work, we treated him to a meal out at the local tapas restaurant. We also finished off watching Killers of the Flower Moon tonight. I’m so pleased we watched it in stages as opposed to the full three and a half hours in one sitting!
