New start

A dull day, no rain and cooler than of late 

A good chat with my friend, a call to K to see how he was, coughing and feeling tired but not Covid, my other friend is feeling better, not coughing so much. Called to see K with some chicken soup and a meal, went to Co-op for some milk then home. Had a coffee then walked to the doctors to make an appointment. After that I spent a couple of hours litter picking, new area and 5 bags collected. Late lunch and then a sit down before doing some jobs indoors.
