after a pretty bad night it was great to see the sun….after the Sainsbury delivery i went for a lovely walk…..i passed a hydrangea bush and was struck by the fragility of the flower petals…..in the extra you see the intricate eins through which the life sap flows…..absolutely amazing…..

later i went to gym and when i came home Rex called…we had a long chat putting the world in order…earlier my daughter in law rang to say her sister died yesterday of pancreatic cancer…..a very early call informed me that the husband of a friend down the corridor dies last night….
