Ballgame

We spent a lovely day in San Francisco.

We went on a cablecar, then to Pier 39 where we had lunch and saw the sealions, then down for a walk along the beach to see the Golden Gate Bridge, and then a look at the Palace of Fine Arts (particularly weird - anywhere else you'd think it was Roman or something but it was built in 1960).

Later we went to see the San Francisco Giants play baseball. The ballgame went to 11 innings and the Giants won on a wild pitch (around the time pictured). Apparently that is quite unusual. I don't know what it means. Anyway, it was exciting at the end.
