B&W

I spotted this staircase after dropping a parcel at the local shop. It seemed to be crying out for a B&W treatment- funny how some photos do that! I'm not sure the stairs have been climbed in recent memory - there was a padlock locking the gate to them!
It's been a mizzerly day so a day of relaxing in front of the log burner in between walks with Oscar! I still managed to do my steps, chair yoga  and my fasting!Sadly I seem to be gaining weight - maybe it's muscle that weighs heavier than fat?!!!
