snowdrops

Original bulbs were from the old vicarage near mums, When the vicar died, it was so sad he was a lovely man but got cancer, the vicarage went derelict and we heard they were selling it off for building land, so mum and I and a few others, went and dug up some of the snowdrop bulbs that carpeted the ground under the trees  and they have flourished in my garden ever since. When they come up I remember him.

I have to admit this was taken the other day, as It has rained all day today apart form very occasionally stopping thats when I sent the dog out for a wee, we got wet this morning walking the dog had to change when we got home, but it's not been too cold thank goodness.

I spent the afternoon taking a long coat zip out of Paulas coat, she did buy herself a new one when this zip went, but there was nothing wrong with the coat apart from that, so when I said I would try and put a new one in she decided to buy a new zip and so when it arrives I shall be ready to put it in. That'll be fun.

I watched the Christmas edition of Call the Midwife whilst doing that.

Lets hope it's a better day Tuesday, as it's shopping day. I'm off now to make my shopping list out.

Night everyone.
