Loafing around

Today, we tucked in to yesterday's banana and walnut loaf. It's one of those things that's always better the second day. Mr. J had already had a slice when I got home from work, but that didn't stop him from keeping me company with another slice! Another unforeseen downside of an empty nest is that there's more cake for just the two of us - not at all good for the waistline, tasty though it is!
