Going Nowhere

……………………………..fast!

A full day of the usual Zumba, cuppa and walk along the prom before lunch and a trip over to Berwick this afternoon to collect the wee one from nursery. It’s been a dreich day, I got wet walking the prom and it rained all afternoon,

The old bridge is going to be closed for about 20 weeks for scheduled repairs to the stonework. Today it shut to cyclists and pedestrians too so they can erect the scaffolding safely…they expect this to take about 2 weeks. This cuts off my easy walking route to and from town…today I took the bus both ways.

Not sure why the bike was parked behind the barriers this afternoon as I got the wee one nearly home…he was dragging his feet several yards behind!
