Black and White Foxglove

Oh, man, I am so fed up. Last week I thought I had a cold, that I recovered from quite quickly. Turns out I have it again, so I am having to conclude that it is not a cold but really really bad hayfever. It is making me so irritable and sort of incapable of doing much. I don't think the building dust in the house is helping much either.

And we are supposed to be going camping this weekend. To the farm where I had a dreadful hayfever attack this time last year. Arrrgghh. I might not be able to go if this doesn't let up.

Anyway. At some point in my random blip browsing I came across black and white photos of flowers that I thought were rather lovely (sorry, can't remember whose they were). So I ran around the garden for a few minutes taking random photos of flowers and then converted them all to mono. This was my favourite. I like the way you end up focussing on the structure of the flower. I like this one too, it reminds me of the balls of scrunched up tissue I am leaving in a trail behind me....
