Sleepy Time

After a frantic transit in Shanghai - multiple forms, queueing, fingerprints, photos, umpteen security & customs/immigration checks, collect baggage, sprint to another terminal, more security & baggage checks, re-checkin baggage, open bag to take out a spare camera battery I forgot about, bags finally away, … a 3.5 hour transfer window was just enough time to get to the gate before boarding started! 

Shanghai to Auckland, 11 hours with Air NZ - a really great flight, wonderful food & wines, comfy bed (with their ‘Sleepy Time’ package), excellent crew. 38 hours after leaving home … we’re in NZ :-)
