Let it go, let it go!

Our postponed NYE get together was rearranged for this weekend.
Anya had rehearsals but as soon as she got back, Ben was keen to get out for a walk in the last hour of light. I was surprised that the lake was still frozen. The kids loved it; even Naomi & Elliot (14 & 10 yrs old) were both very keen to play. It’s lovely that our children still enjoy playing together as they grow up.
We had a late meal together followed by a few family games and a late night for the kids before we had a bit of peace and adult time to catch up properly.
