Rehearsing

Nice walk with Phin along the very busy railway path this morning where we met dozens of peopke walking and running, dogs, cyclists and piles of horse poo but thankfully no horses today.

Had to leave the house just after one to head to Glasgow for the first of two rehearsals for the next event I’ve signed up for - Movies to Musicals. A lovely chap called Ross set up the group 10 years ago to allow young people to explore their musical/theatrical talents without having to pay thousands to attend a theatre school. Rock Choir is providing a 100 string choir to appear on stage with a live orchestra, the kids, musical professionals plus some invited guests. The rehearsal was a lot of fun, not so much the drive home after 5.30 in the dark and on wet roads with scary driving conditions. Made it safely though.
