Sheep and crows
Only 12hrs after commenting that the field was empty of livestock, we found it was now home to a small flock of sheep. Hopefully they aren't Houdini sheep, and will be adequately confined by the rather rickety fence and broken fence posts.
A slow start, with a lie in, followed by poached eggs for breakfast. Then W spent some time in the workshop, and I did a bit more quilting.
This afternoon we went into Wexford to a concert by Wexford Sinfonia. They were pretty good. They performed the Bach Double Violin Concerto, with a remarkable young man, Junhyung Kang, just 13 years old, as one of the soloists.
As we were eating our dinner in a Wexford hotel, W had an email from our landscapers - they have cried off for tomorrow as it's forecast to rain most of the day. We'll see them on Tuesday.
