Sunday ......

a bit of Sunday afternoon fun.  I have been resting up in my bed as I have a bad back (well, I've had it a couple of times before, it feels like my back but is in fact a glute muscle in spasm). I've been finding the only place to sit reasonably comfortably is my bed although I have been moving about now that the Ibuprofen has kicked in.  Chiropractor tomorrow.  Anyway the girls came and we all gathered on my bed.  There's another daughter to my right and an occasional intrusion by The Grandad!  I hope that Lucy remembers these times when I am gone ;)
