The project developer runs a risk with this great project at this beautiful location in the city of Delft. There are developers who use the adage 'building makes you sell'. Sometimes that works, sometimes not. Usually only ten homes need to be sold in this phase, instead of the other way around... I suppose they simply cost too much money for most of them who need a house.
