Sunbathing

I'm enjoying the first weekend of summer. I got up early this morning and ran outside for a while for exercise. It was painfully. My shins haven't fully healed from Tuesday's run. However, from my Nike+ app, I was quicker this time around.

Later, I went to the gym and lifted some weights. Sometimes, I look at the super muscly guys and I say to myself, look at those meatheads. haha. It reminds me of this commercial. Hilarious!

In the afternoon I went to the pool, splashed in the water for a bit, and laid out. I need to get ride of my t-shirt tan!
