Truncated

A reminder not to get on the wrong side of Don Corleone.

I walked across to the other side of the valley for the football at Thackley. This seemingly truncated grey horse was resting in the pasture in the middle of Buck Wood.

Thackley were hosting Emley, 3rd v 2nd in the NCEL Premier. With several games in hand, Emley are strong favourites for the title, and they showed why with a dominant perfomance that earned them a 3-1 win.

And there was enough light left for me to make it back through the woods without resorting to the head torch.
