Visited this shop in the next village. I think the correct term would be Emporium’. It stocks everything, from knitting wool, diy items, kitchen utensils, ironmongery, even slippers and wellies. I went for chalk paint, which I got, along with a container for pasta.

Love a browse round a shop like this. 'Open all Hours' comes to mind …. Although, I snapped this as I was about to pay with apple pay! No bad tempered till in sight.
