Amaryllis……..

……..now in full flower on the windowsill.
A gift to me for Christmas from lovely friends.
After all the excitement and activity of yesterday, today has been a quiet one for me, at least!
I haven’t done an awful lot.
I did, however give the bathroom a clean, which is a bit daft really, given as we are having both the bath and sink replaced beginning on Monday morning.
I just thought it would be nicer for the lovely team of people who will be here, if they were clean when they took them out!
It’s like cleaning before you go on holiday!
I’ve been reading my book after lunch, but fell asleep!
Can’t stand the pace!
