The Albatross Choir
Today the Dutch Choir sang in Marschapel Church and then we all had a hog roast and a drink ---- or two!
Their conductor has led the choir for 40 years and is an amazingly dramatic and emotional conductor to watch. He has really expressive hands which he uses all the time and his facial expressions are wonderful!
Then in the evening we went to a friend's house and had more food and more drink and more singing and more laughter!
Normal service resumes tomorrow as they leave for York and then the overnight ferry to Holland.
And by the way the weather has been ---how shall I put it ---NOT summer!
hope you all had better weather and Wimbledon starts tomorrow.
