Miss Pole Lancaster

Geography Ambassador lesson in the morning before flying back to Lancaster.

This evening was the inaugural Miss Pole Lancaster competition for the University Pole Fitness club. I headed along to support Toni but the photographer ended up not showing due to illness so I jumped in to take some snaps. Unfortunately I only had my 50mm with me which made things difficult, especially when shooting one of the girls who was at least 6foot tall! Pictured is Lucy Webster, the coach/teacher of the group. Her core strength was absolutely incredible, I've no idea how she could hold some of the poses she did, nevermind holding them whilst spinning around a pole!
