Cauliflower and Truffle Soup, kale salsa verde, VE

The Nici has finally introduced a competitively priced, monthly changing, set menu - available M-F. I really liked the sound of the Vegan and have been meaning to sample it. Went for a drink, ended up having a 3 course lunch:

(Mr B had Sea Bream citrus reduction,. spinach, fries. Followed by Isle of Wight
Blue Cheese, quince jelly and crackers

New chef. Big improvement on the previous menu. Well presented, Interesting spices and all very flavoursome.

Lovely day again. 7C but felt mild in the sun
