A little behind this year

A year ago today I enjoyed the beautiful sight of a host of golden daffodils in one of the local parks.
Mr. Beewatcher and I went there today hoping to see the same, but there were none to be seen.
Knowing that another park has a lovely covered camellia walk, we went there to see a bit of colour. No luck there either, nothing to see so far but a few skinny buds.
There’s a rather nice fountain though, so here it is.
