Making ice cream

There was a surplus of goats milk this week, I said yes please and have made ice cream, only a small amount to test our tastebuds. The scraping from the machine was good - surprisingly creamy - with the mix now divided into vanilla and a gooseberry/blackcurrant, I just happened to have a small amount of each ready cooked. I fancy a chocolate or coffee or both another time.

The day started off bright, it is now murky as the light fades. A good day although what day it is escapes me.
