Full moon

& another full on day.
Yesterday evening I Helped out a friend who had spinal surgery on Monday. I popped over for a couple of hours whilst her husband went to play badminton. Men! She wanted a shower & I changed her dressing as it got wet.
Today I took the car for a service then did a teaching session at a school ( even though it’s my day off) The child started in September but there have been 3 rescheduled sessions before today. I was free so it wasn’t a problem.
