Cupcake Tour

The plan today was to go into the city with Liz to meet our friend Alex and do a cupcake tour around Manhattan. That kind of worked. Liz missed our train and wandered around the city a bit on accident before finally catching up with us 45 minutes into the tour.

I've lived on Long Island my whole life and never seen Union Square Park or Washington Square Park, but I finally saw them today and walking around Greenwich made me like Manhattan a little more. I could see the possibility in living in this area of the big city, but I still think Manhattan is too crowded for my liking. We stopped at 6 dessert places on our tour, tasting 4 different cupcakes, 1 gelato, and 1 macarone. All in all it was fun, but I still think Georgetown Cupcakes are the best and that stop wasn't on the tour. I think the gelato was my favorite stop on the tour. If I could only remember the name of the place. It was just nice to spend some time with my friends out in the sun.

Took a trip to the mall with Lisamarie after I got back home and bought some cute stuff, then later that night we went out to RVC with Lauren and a bunch of other people ended up meeting up with us at some point.
